The Rear Delt/Pec Fly machine is equipped with swivelling, mobile arms, which adjust automatically to the arm length of the user. The easy adjustment of the starting position as well as both possible hand positions offer versatile training possibilities. The chest muscles can be holistically trained with the commercial multi-gym Pec Fly/Rear Delt of Taurus. Using the Rear Delt (Reverse Butterfly), you sit on the multi-gym and the feet are placed on the appropriate footrest below the frame. The movement is done from the front to the back. The deltoid muscles (shoulder and back muscles) are especially trained with this exercise.

The sitting height of the Pectoral Fly can be easily adjusted to the individual body height below the seat.

The attached weight block allows an easy resistance adjustment by means of a pin. The maximum training resistance is 115 kg.
