The ergonomically shaped upholstery offers a maximum comfort while performing the exercises. Once you have adjusted the ideal sitting position, you press the upper upholstery backwards with the back and generate hence a training incentive in the lower back zone. The hands are positioned on the handles at the same time, so that you only work with the back zone. The feet are placed on the rest in the front end.
